biker build-off - Team Building Activities - Overview
Biker Build-Off is a feel-good Give-Back Style team competition that brings out your people’s best and shares it with deserving children in need! Teams first work together to earn their way to the Bike Shop and acquire the parts they need to construct, their one-of-a-kind bicycle. Teams then theme their bikes and and parade/present their creations to the judges to win rewards. Of course the “big finish” of the Biker Build-Off for the participants is racing their bicycles in a series of ‘heats,’ culminating in a Grand Final race. When a champion has been declared, and awards have been handed out, teams donate their creations to kids for whom owning a bike is otherwise impossible! Biker Build-Off is an inspiring Give-Back Style Team Building event that really makes a difference in a great kid’s life!
