After opening ceremonies, Teams compete in the first of many Sweet Team Challenges to earn the order in which they’ll get to source supplies from the Bake Shop. Teams begin creating their design in their very own Bakery (everything provided). As Teams create their creative one-of-a-kind cakes, they begin to develop their Theme. Once they've themed and built their Cakes, the whole Team is involved in presenting their creations from their uniquely designed Bake Stand. These hilarious presentations help Team’s win the overall Cake Boss Team Building Challenge. After Presentations, the event concludes with an engaging and rewarding Awards Ceremony. Cake Boss is a Super-Fun & Creative Client Favourite Team Building Activity!
